Leinster hurling final could be moved

The Leinster Hurling final could be moved out of Croke Park next year if attendances continue to fall.
With Kilkenny and Wexford once again competing in the hurling showpiece, officials are fearing that the crowd could fall short of filling half the ground on Sunday and will look at all options moving forward.
"We discussed the prospect of moving the final to either Kilkenny or Wexford but due to the Dublin/Wexford replay there wasn't enough time to get that sorted," Leinster Council secretary Michael Delaney revealed to the Sunday Independent.
"But come November we will be putting the idea of changing the venue up for discussion at our fixtures meeting.
"The counties will have plenty of times to make their mind up. One thing is for sure, a crowd of 25,000 will be lost at Croke Park."
